Gentle Kripalu Yoga HLTH 075.51, CRN 26048


Beginners and intermediate yogis are encouraged to attend, no experience is necessary. Yoga helps develop balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Often people experience an overall sense of well-being. Each session will incorporate breathing, warm-ups, and yoga postures, and end with a relaxation. After each session, participants will likely feel more calm and alert. Over time, participants will begin to feel stronger and more limber. An introduction to the yoga traditions and philosophy will be encouraged. Diana Peters-Ross holds a masters in Education, She is a Kripalu-trained yoga instructor with 20 years of experience. Please bring your own yoga mat
