Multiple Muscle Marching (Bartley Center Members only) HLTH 068.52, CRN 25975 - Section 52


This standing low impact class, which is suitable for all fitness levels, will increase your heart rate while working multiple muscle groups. If you can walk, you can be successful in this class. Modifications and progressions will be offered based on your fitness levels. We’ll incorporate simple choreography that will allow you to stay in your designated workout spaces, following Pandemic safety protocols. Masks must be worn for the duration of the class when the class is held indoors. Class will be moved outdoors, weather permitting, whenever possible, where masks will be optional.
