Youth Culinary Arts Exploration with Chef Benton (ages 11-14) YUTH 116.52, CRN 26142

This one week program focuses on full immersion, from kitchen safety to real skill building. With a clean straight-forward curriculum designed to cover all things savory.  We will pull unique recipes from countries all over the world. No kitchen experience required, just that they love to cook. Please bring a food safe container to bring any leftovers home. Instructor Maureen Benton.
