Asian Fusion Night: A Shared Cooking Experience FOOD 128.51, CRN 36881

Join us for an engaging Asian Night enrichment class where participants will explore bold flavors and essential cooking techniques while preparing kimchi fried rice, bulgogi beef, and crispy lumpia. Students will learn how to build layers of flavor, practice proper knife skills, and develop confidence in stir-frying, marinating, and assembling each dish. This course will be working in teams of 2 with a loved one, friend, or spouse, creating a collaborative and hands-on experience. The class includes a relaxed dining experience with a glass of wine, offering a fun and welcoming setting to cook, taste, and discover new culinary techniques. Instructor: Chef Mara Vargas-Gonzalez. Please bring a food safe container in case there are leftovers.
