This interactive cooking class is designed for those who want to eat well to train well—without giving up flavor or enjoyment. Participants will prepare a balanced, performance-supportive menu featuring lean protein, smart carbohydrates, healthy fats, and naturally sweet treats made with whole-food ingredients.

Together, we’ll cook Raspberry Chicken, Lemon-Herb Baby Potatoes, Garlic Thyme Roasted Carrots, and Orange-Chamomile Blondies, while learning practical strategies for:

Building meals that support strength, recovery, and energy

Balancing protein, carbs, and fats for active lifestyles

Flavoring food creatively without relying on excess sugar or salt

Translating gym goals into realistic, satisfying meals at home
