Coaching is the art and science of bringing out the best in others. This training course shines a light on those elements of personal presence and communication that make someone great at bringing out the best in others. Every class is a profound, interesting, and practical conversation into human capacity and relationships. They are fun, too. As a participant in this course, you will become more aware. You will develop characteristics and techniques to make you better at bringing out the best in another person. These skills and approaches are useful in all walks of life, professionally and personally, but especially for people who are managing, teaching, leading, or otherwise supporting others. Developing mastery at coaching, like any art, takes dedicated practice. In this course you will learn the fundamentals which you can continue to practice and grow. You may continue to train also. The credits from this course can be applied to and amount to about 10% of the first level of professional coach certification.

Beginners and intermediate yogis are encouraged to attend, no experience is necessary. Yoga helps develop balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Often people experience an overall sense of well-being. Each session will incorporate breathing, warm-ups, and yoga postures, and end with a relaxation. After each session, participants will likely feel more calm and alert. Over time, participants will begin to feel stronger and more limber. An introduction to the yoga traditions and philosophy will be encouraged. Diana Peters-Ross holds a masters in Education, She is a Kripalu-trained yoga instructor with 20 years of experience.
