While personalizing your intensity levels and through the mind body integrative action of Nia, you will find increased cardiovascular fitness, enhanced balance and flexibility as well as reducing stress and toning the body. Exercise will never be the same again! Come experience this joyful, fun, and exhilarating movement we call Nia! All levels of fitness are welcome. (Optional to bring a yoga mat for floor work at the end of class). No class on November 22.
