Whether beginning a financial journey, recovering from a major life event, or looking to improve money management skills, participants will gain tools and confidence to make informed financial decisions. Music technology is a broad field of disciplines that includes topics such as recording and mixing, live sound, synthesis, and hardware performance. This course will cover accessible techniques in these fields, focusing on tools that will empower students with the ability to engage with music technology in their lives. Curriculum will include microphones, digital audio workstations (DAWs), musical instrument digital interface (MIDI), live-sound setups, digital and hardware synthesizers, hardware performance, and other topics in music technology based on the interest of the students. By the end of the course students will be able to record and mix audio to produce audio projects, set up and control live sound scenarios, and gain a deeper understanding of electronically-produced music and the hardware used to make it. This class is recommended for high school students and their guardians. This introductory course provides a comprehensive overview of the college application process. Participants will explore key components, including application essays, extracurricular activities, volunteer experiences, and letters of recommendation. The course is designed to help students and families determine where to begin and how to stay organized throughout the process. Participants will create a personalized organizational system, including a binder and structured Google Docs, to manage essay prompts, scholarship applications, and important deadlines efficiently. In addition to this course, two complementary classes (Scholarship Search and Researching Summer Programs) are being offered to further enhance participants' knowledge and understanding. Although this course is beneficial as a standalone offering, enrollment in all three courses will provide the most comprehensive educational experience to prepare high schoolers for their next steps. Experienced and supportive trainers and coaches. Training meets (and exceeds) Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court mediator training guidelines.

This series provides essential training for anyone who wants to work more effectively with difference, to de-escalate tense situations, to communicate effectively with others, to collaboratively seek problem-solving solutions that meet multiple needs, and to develop more harmony, ease and effectiveness in workplace and personal settings. Course includes modules in Approaches to Conflict, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Collaborative Problem-Solving, Working with Tough Interpersonal Dynamics, and The Mediation Process.

Successful completion of all coursework will result in a Basic Mediation Training certificate which meets all Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court mediator training guidelines. All sessions are live and facilitated by experienced instructors; hands-on practice opportunities, feedback and mentoring are provided to all students, along with written materials and recommendations for next steps in developing core skills.

The Plumbing program is designed to prepare students to function as entry-level plumbers and plumbing assistants in residential and commercial environments. This program provides learners the entry level skills required to start a career in plumbing. This course is designed to prepare students in safety issues and practices, personal protective equipment, use of critical safety information, confined-space safety. Students will also be introduced to plumbing tools, applicable math as well as plumbing drawings, interpretation and application to layout and installation. Further, students will look at various pipe and fittings as well as all of the fixtures and water systems they'll encounter on the job. Finally, students will understand basic customer service and communication tools. No class Wednesday, November 25th and Thursday, November 26th.
